Clyde harvested his first whitetail deer at the young age of 6 yrs old. 37 years later he is still consumed with learning as much as possible about the whitetail deer, its habits, traits, and how to grow and harvest monster whitetails. Clyde has pursued whitetails in 10 states and harvested 7 Pope and Young animals with one pushing 170 inches. Clyde grew up in and around hunting in Mississippi and Louisiana before moving to the Midwest after graduation from college in 1987. Clyde’s family’s farm in Louisiana is both a productive agricultural farm as well as having been strictly managed for mature whitetail’s for the past 30 years.
Clyde feels very blessed to have a family that shares his passion for the outdoors and is a devoted family man that enjoys sharing the outdoors with his 4 children and wife of 10 years. As a matter of fact Clyde’s son Max shot his first doe and a 7 pt buck as a 5 yr old during the 2008 Mississippi and Louisiana hunting season.
Clyde knows what it takes to grow mature bucks and has proved it many times over in the Midwest as well as what makes a property capable of holding and producing mature whitetail bucks. Clyde will apply his experience and knowledge gained over these many years to help you find the perfect property to pursue your dreams of hunting and harvesting monster whitetail bucks and enjoying the outdoors.
